Rick and I spoke on Friday in regards to the party, he thought the party went flawlessly. The menu you selected was awesome! I can't tell you how many people told me how delicious the food was and how nicely it was displayed. The Oktoberfest/Fall theme was fun and the extra touches you added were perfect. Your ideas to incorporate the fabrication of pipe into the party were great; probably the most expensive pretzel holders in town!! Rick and I were both impressed how attentive you and your staff was to every detail; from the presentation of the food all the way to the tasteful decorations of the fall leaves and lemons with the ice sculpture. I never noticed the food levels ever becoming low, your staff was very attentive to our guests.

I had a number of people inquire about the catering company we used; some did take your card. I hope you get a lot of referrals from this party! I would highly recommend you for any event, large or small.
