Strawberry Mint No-jitos

Ingredients:
½ cup Lime Juice
½ cup Fresh Mint
2 tsp Honey
1 lb Strawberries
Ice
Tonic WaterLime Wedges, Sliced Strawberries and Fresh Mint for Garnish

Directions:
1. In a large pitcher, combine lime juice and honey. Mix ingredients together well until honey is dissolved. Set aside.
2. Place strawberries and basil a food processor and puree until smooth. Add juice to the pitcher. Mix with lime and honey mixture.
3. If desired, rub a lime wedge around of glass and dip rim in superfine sugar. Fill glasses with ice. Pour juice mixture into ice-filled glasses. Add a splash of tonic water. If desired, garnish with lime wedges, sliced strawberries and fresh mint. Serve immediately.

Serendipity Shirley Temple

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Grenadine
1/2 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Ice
Club Soda
Maraschino Cherries

Directions:
1. Place the grenadine, lemon juice, and lime juice in a tall glass
2. Stir until combined.
3. Fill the glass with ice and top with the club soda.
4. Stir gently to combine.
5. Garnish with the maraschino cherries and serve immediately.

 

“Mint to Be” Cooler

Ingredients:
Fresh Mint Leaves
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1/4 cup Lime Juice
2 tbsp Honey
3/4 cup Coconut Milk
Ice
Club Soda
Lime Wedges and Sprigs of Mint for Garnish

Directions:
1. In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle mint.
2. Add pineapple, lime, honey, coconut milk and a few ice cubes and shake it well.
2. Pour over ice cubes in glasses, finish with a splash of club soda and garnish with lime wedges and fresh springs of mint.

 

Kombucha Citrus Kicker

Ingredients:
1 Orange Sliced
½ Grapefruit Sliced
1 Lime Sliced
4 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
4 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Citrus Kombucha
½ cup Ginger Beer
Ice
Sugar, Chili and Salt Mixture for Rimming Glass
Lime Wedges and Sprigs of Mint for Garnish

Directions:
1. Add salt, sugar and chili powder on plate. Rim glass with a lime wedge and coat rim with salty chili sugar. Fill glass with ice and a few slices of citrus fruits. Set aside.
2. In glass, stir together juices and kombucha.
3. Top off with ginger beer. Enjoy!
